I don't draw these two together enough, don't talk about the depth of their relationship enough.
Athena persuaded Seth to pierce his ears, for the record. Encouraged him to get more piercings, hoped that he'd find the same sanctuary in making his body his own through body mods that she had; hoped he could replace his more destructive habits with metal and ink. And honestly--it worked for a while. Until his drinking got bad. The first tattoo Seth ever got was that of the statue of the goddess Athena on his arm, and the first tattoo Athena ever got was the "dear brother," on her ribs. Without even talking about it, they mirror one another: Seth has double eyebrow piercings in his right brow, Athena in her left. Both have a labret.
They differ in their personalities in a way that maybe should be measured in light years, but they're so, so close. Despite Seth's secret-keeping, his isolation, he trusts Athena in every other aspect of his life. He loves his little sister more than anything and his distance is a product of a misguided attempt to protect her, not anything else. And once he's able to open up to her, and especially after he stops drinking, she gets her brother back in spades. Not only does his wry humor from before his alcoholism come back, once he sheds the weight of secrecy, he starts talking. He starts really trying to connect with people, starts reaching out, and above all, he smiles. At her, at Aetos, at life. He's not there yet, but he'll get there. He's going to make it, and I'm so excited. Because Athena's been struggling under the weight of the feeling that she was going to watch her brother die, but instead? She gets to watch him live.
edit: hey i didnt realize until just now but Seth's a good 3ish inches too short in this picture?? oh well there's no fixing it now,, rip,, just don't use this image as a size reference
